Sunsetting our services.

BellProton, established in 2020, has supported clients from various different industries. It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce we're shutting down our operations globally as the technology landscape shifts and the goals of our team turn to new horizons.

Existing clients will have already been contacted either at their primary contact (for sole traders) or their dedicated account manager (for larger businesses). We are extremely grateful to our clients for turning to us for the last six years and trusting us with their industry needs, and we wish everyone all the best for the future.

Our cloud infrastructure

Certain services hosted on our private Google Cloud infrastructure will remain active for what's known as a "retention period" - we're required legally to handle sensitive data with the utmost care and this will not change as a result of our operational termination. Payment information held within our infrastructure is required to be kept securely for the purposes of fraud prevention and archiving, and should this data need to be moved at a later date, all affected parties will be given the legally-required notice of our intention to do so. As for non-vital infrastructure we host in the cloud, this network will be shutting down with immediate effect following a thorough review of use and current needs.

One final note...

It has been a pleasure to serve our industry partners for the last six years, and we have exchanged many skills and contacts along the way of which we hope as individuals to keep in touch with. For now this is goodbye, but I have no doubt our individuals will be out there doing what they do best, keeping people online|protected as they look to pastures new!
